Business Development Manager

Position Summary
You will be responsible for new business development for the entire Gulf region including sales to end users as well as setting up local partners.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of outside sales / account management experience in selling technology to the retail industry
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Superior negotiating and closing skills
- Superior presentation and customer service skills
- Post Secondary education in Sales / Marketing or Business Administration preferred
- Ability to work completely independently

Key Relationships
Reporting to the President
- Working very closely with the Director of Operations for both Perm Search and Personnel Solutions business units
- Day-to-day dealings with hiring authorities at various divisions including HR Managers & Coordinators, General Managers, Operations Managers, Engineering Managers, etc.
